To all Hamilton Chess Club Members

Club Resolutions for submission to the Glasgow Chess League (GCL) – Annual General Meeting

If any member of the club has any proposal that they wish the club to submit as a resolution to The Glasgow Chess League (GCL) – Annual General Meeting, it will need to be considered by the elected office bearers of the club and deemed competent in sufficient time to meet the submission deadline.

The secretary of the GCL has advised that any Resolutions from clubs to be included in the Agenda of the GCL Annual General Meeting must reach him by post or e-mail.

To allow us sufficient time to consider any proposals from our members we need to have these submitted by e-mail to the club secretary.
